Just thread the shrimps onto soaked skewers and glaze with Sriracha sauce. The sauce is a sweet, spicy, and tangy combination which is incredibly versatile. The shrimps take minutes to cook, making this dish a perfect BBQ snack or a quick and tasty meal.

1lb Royal Blue shrimps

2tbsp unsalted butter

5tbsp Sriracha sauce

5 garlic cloves, diced

2tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves

2tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves

2tbsp lemon zest

Pinch of Sea salt


Place butter and Sriracha sauce in a large stainless steel skillet and stir until butter is melted, then add the garlic. Thread the shrimps onto the skewers and glaze them with the Sriracha sauce. Cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes (turning shrimp frequently) until shrimp is almost done. Add lemon zest, mint and basil leaves. Season with salt, serve immediately and enjoy!
